Job Summary
Senior Account Executive on the Arts & Culture team with 3-4 years of relevant communications/Public Relations experience. Develop and implement strategy and campaign planning for high-profile client accounts; manage clients daily; engage and own relationships with reporters; write and edit press releases, op-eds, fact sheets, talking points, editorial board memos, and communications strategies; mentor junior staff. Role based in New York, NY with hybrid in-office presence (Real Estate team in office 3 days/week). Salary range $70,000-$90,000; requires strong writing, media relations, and ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- 3-4 years of experience leading communications strategy in arts, culture, or related sectors
- strong writing and media relations experience
- ability to handle multiple assignments and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- demonstrated relationships with reporters and strong news sense
- ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally with clients, media, and colleagues
- ability to mentor junior staff
