Senior Account Executive

Coordinate multiple projects from initiation through to delivery, supporting diverse deliverables including steering committee meetings, expert panels, slide presentations, scientific workshops, educational materials, digital programmes, webinars, and videos. Build relationships with clients as a reliable point of contact while developing project timelines, trackers, and meeting schedules to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. Work with scientific, editorial, creative, and digital colleagues to execute high-quality programmes, manage project financials including budget tracking and invoicing, and proactively identify risks with practical solutions. Contribute ideas that enhance project delivery, team collaboration, and client satisfaction.
