Job Summary
Build and manage a pipeline of enterprise publishers across the Americas through outbound outreach, referrals, and industry relationships. Lead discovery to uncover commercial, technical, and operational challenges, then create clear business cases around revenue growth and traffic protection. Secure conversations with senior decision-makers and manage the full sales cycle from first contact through negotiation and close. Maintain accurate forecasts and opportunity data in Salesforce, coordinate onboarding handoffs, and share market insights with the wider team. Represent the company in communities where publishers operate and identify expansion opportunities post-close. Fluency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish is required.
Required Qualifications
- 7–10 years of experience in sales, business development, partnerships, or another commercial role
- Experience from either the sell side or buy side of the digital advertising ecosystem
- A track record of building pipeline and progressing complex or enterprise-level deals
- Strong ownership, independence, and an entrepreneurial mindset
- The ability to connect data, insights, and customer pain to measurable business outcomes
- A disciplined approach to qualification, forecasting, documentation, follow-up, and deal progression
- The confidence to challenge assumptions, solve problems, and keep opportunities moving
- Fluency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with eCPM, fill rate, invalid traffic, programmatic advertising, publisher monetization, and related ad-tech concepts
- Existing relationships with publishers, advertisers, agencies, or ad-tech platforms
- Experience selling publisher inventory to DV360 advertisers
