Job Summary
Architect 360-degree communications programs bridging corporate reputation, consumer brand awareness, and executive thought leadership for tech clients spanning fintech, healthtech, gaming, and venture capital. Serve as a trusted advisor to founders, CEOs, and VCs, providing counsel during complex issues while producing high-impact content from sophisticated messaging to media pitches. Lead integrated accounts by collaborating with social media, paid media, design, and talent experts to build speed-of-culture campaigns, leveraging top-tier contacts at TechCrunch, WIRED, and Forbes to secure placements. Direct and develop a team of high-performing executives through coaching and constructive feedback, while driving agency growth via new business pitches and identifying organic expansion opportunities. Navigate financial stakeholder meetings and high-energy media brainstorming with a player-coach mentality, delivering projects with meticulous attention to detail.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in PR/Communications
- at least 4 years of direct people management
- understanding of the nuances of the VC landscape and capital markets
- ability to create impactful media moments
- ability to navigate the needs of financial stakeholders and thought leaders
