Job Summary
Senior Account Director responsible for leading strategic client leadership for DOVE (Unilever), driving long-term brand strategies and growth; overseeing growth, profitability, and multi-market, integrated 360 campaigns; mentoring a multidisciplinary internal team; ensuring quality and timely delivery; coordinating cross-functional efforts; managing client requirements and development of strategic briefs; overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and account profitability; and maintaining strong relationships with senior-level clients in English-speaking environments.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 8-10+ years of progressive agency experience in account management
- At least 3-5 years in a Senior Account Director or equivalent leadership role
- Extensive experience managing large, complex international accounts within FMCG and Beauty sectors
- Experience working with global brands, ideally Unilever or similar major consumer goods companies
- Strong track record of leading integrated 360-degree campaigns from strategic conception to execution across multiple international markets
- Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Superior leadership and team management skills
- Outstanding client relationship management with senior-level clients
- Highly advanced English proficiency for day-to-day communication, presentations, and client interactions
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong financial acumen and commercial understanding
- Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Empathetic, collaborative, client- and team-oriented profile
