Job Summary
Senior-level marketing and new business leadership opportunity in a global PR and communications agency. Drive the UK marketing programme, build and manage the new business pipeline, and support high-value pitch opportunities across multiple sectors. Responsibilities include content development (thought leadership, social, emails, paid media, events), collaboration with practice, strategy, creative and digital teams to bring agency propositions to market, shaping win strategies and cross-functional team mobilization, maintaining pipeline hygiene and CRM discipline, monitoring market trends, and contributing to credentials, proposals, RFIs, and RFPs. The role emphasizes strategic thinking, storytelling, client and stakeholder influence, and operational excellence to grow the agency’s presence and win opportunities. The position is hybrid in London with flexible working.
Required Qualifications
- Senior or Account Director level experience within PR, communications, integrated marketing or business development
- Proven experience leading or contributing to strategic marketing programmes and/or new business initiatives
- Exceptional writing, storytelling and presentation skills
- Strong commercial instinct and understanding of how agencies grow
- Experience influencing senior stakeholders and working effectively across matrixed teams
- Outstanding organizational and project leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple high-priority workstreams
- Experience developing credentials, proposals, RFIs, RFPs or strategic pitch materials
