Job Summary
Senior Account Director with a specialization in Influencer Marketing leading end-to-end influencer strategy and execution, overseeing large volumes of campaigns, managing client relationships, and developing influencer-driven content and reports. Responsibilities include building annual influencer-first strategies, negotiating and coordinating campaigns, guiding content development, tracking and optimizing performance, social listening, and mentoring a team. The role requires 9-12 years in PR & influencer relations, 4-5 years with direct reports, strong strategic and communications skills, client service focus, and deep knowledge of social platforms and emerging channels. The position is based in Toronto, Canada, with a hybrid in-office work model.
Required Qualifications
- 9-12 years’ experience in PR & Influencer relations
- 4-5 years’ experience with direct reports
- A strategic mindset and deep knowledge in the social media space, including the latest trends
- Client service oriented, able to manage complex scopes of work, multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
- Proven ability to develop meaningful influencer relationships that result in authentic story-telling and drive measurable impact.
- Deep understanding of metrics and insights from priority social platforms and other emerging channels for optimization, learnings and future plan recommendations
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Creative thinker and problem solver
