Job Summary
Senior Account Director responsible for managing the client relationship across multiple geographic regions and service lines within Global Occupier Services. Sets account strategy, leads Directors/Senior Managers, and oversees delivery excellence, client experience, talent management, and financial performance (P&L). Manages day-to-day client relationships, governance processes, and identifies opportunities for service enhancements and contract expansion. Requires leadership of cross-functional teams, advanced financial analysis, and strong communication/presentation skills to drive value and outcomes for multi-site accounts.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 10+ years of management experience
- Experience in directly leading and managing teams, and managing people-managers
- Client, P&L and contract management experience
- Experience in the management of an integrated services account (IFM, PDS, TM, PA, SCON)
- Ability to develop positive working relationships with agencies, local government officials, and business community members
- Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
