Job Summary
Senior Account Coordinator role focusing on qualifying RFPs, writing proposals, and developing effective pricing for clients. Define project-level feasibility for client bids, keep CRM updated with delivered bids, and collaborate with Account Managers/Directors to expand client relationships and drive incremental revenue through up-selling. Support Client Services during project delivery and assist in sales presentations as needed; requires 1+ year in a business environment and strong MS Office skills.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year work experience in business environment
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong customer focus; desirable experience in customer service
- Excellent written, oral, listening, and interpersonal communication skills
- Analytical, problem-solving, and data analysis abilities
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Strong time and project management skills
- Understanding of business processes and customer orientation
