Job Summary
Drive development of email and production execution, producing timely and accurate campaigns while coordinating internal and external meetings. Track open jobs, drive account management efforts by updating daily campaigns, following up, and organizing account documentation. Prioritize and manage multiple digital campaigns simultaneously to successfully support activities that drive execution of clients' marketing strategies. Produce error-free work following standard operating procedures and upskill in email and project management platforms. Monitor and pull post-launch campaign metrics. This role supports the extended Merkle Digital Messaging team within Dentsu, headquartered in Columbia, Maryland, with hybrid work options available in major US hubs.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in client services / account management in an advertising agency, marketing company, or client-side marketing department
- Bachelor's degree
- Intermediate proficiency of Excel
- Experience with marketing automation or customer engagement platforms
- Working knowledge of: Online and offline creative development and production
- Digital/Multichannel/Integrated Marketing
- Email deployment platform experience
- Relationship/Client Management
- Ability to multi-task and work well in a fast-changing environment
- Employees who live within a commutable distance of one of our hub offices, currently located in Chicago, metro Detroit, Los Angeles, and New York City, are required and expected to work from the office three days per week (two days per week for employees based in Los Angeles)
Desired Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Braze or Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus
