Job Summary
Manage access assignment approvals, deactivations, and licensing validation to ensure users hold only required profiles and comply with security standards. Oversee project scope for decommissioning requests, adhering to deadlines while communicating with stakeholders. Prepare follow-up reports and management materials to support decision-making. Requires up to two years of experience in access management, IAM, or SAP, with knowledge of VMware, Windows, Linux, and cloud platforms. Required Qualifications
- Up to 2 years of experience in similar roles
- Higher education degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or an equivalent field
- Good knowledge of access management applications, namely IAM and SAP
- Fluent command of English
- Basic knowledge of hypervisor systems, namely VMware
- Intermediate knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems
- Intermediate knowledge of Azure and AWS Cloud
- Intermediate knowledge of project management
- Intermediate knowledge of report preparation
- Intermediate knowledge of ITSM tools such as ServiceNow
