Job Summary
Senior Access Consultant to design and assess documentation/architectural drawings for Access strategies; liaise with clients and prepare written reports outlining recommendations based on universal design principles; explain differences between compliance and function; conduct site visits for large projects; collaborate with service-line teams; work with Senior Managers on larger projects across Australia and New Zealand.
Required Qualifications
- Must be an Australian Citizen/Permanent Resident.
- Experience with Access Consulting and Universal Design.
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant field such as Architecture, Design, Human Movement/Health Science, Engineering, or Building Surveying training along with Certificate IV, Diploma in Access Consulting or equivalent demonstrated experience along with a design background and familiarity with the construction industry.
- Love to collaborate with clients and other teams within the projects.
- Familiar with the construction industry.
- Be familiar with the Work Health and Safety requirements for the office and onsite.
- Personal drive, results-orientated with a friendly, can-do attitude and a high level of honesty, integrity, commitment and responsibility.
- Strong time management and organisation skills.
