Job Summary
Senior Academic Advisor responsible for inbound outreach to parents and students, guiding program selections and enrollment, maintaining ongoing follow-up to maximize conversion, and partnering with marketing, counseling, and finance teams to ensure a seamless student journey. You’ll leverage HubSpot to manage the full sales cycle—from initial contact to enrollment—develop and refine follow-up strategies, and stay informed on market trends to shape product, pricing, and go-to-market decisions. You’ll build trusted relationships, demonstrate empathy, and provide guidance to help families decide to partner with Inspira Education, while contributing to revenue growth and scalability of the enrollment system.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in inbound sales within a service-oriented or consultative environment
- Proven success selling premium or high-value service packages (ACV $5,000+)
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
- Strong CRM proficiency (preferably HubSpot)
- Experience with data and reporting using Excel or Google Sheets
- Nice to have: prior experience in education, admissions, or academic consulting sales
