Job Summary
Senior ABM & Paid Digital Manager responsible for end-to-end ABM strategy, platform orchestration (Demandbase), multi-channel account plays, MQA motion, and paid digital performance across Google Ads, LinkedIn, paid social, and retargeting. Collaborate with sales leadership to convert in-market signals into pipeline; diagnose performance, build plans, and ship campaigns. Key duties include ABM program design, audience building, intent signal tuning, ad delivery, measurement, reporting, multi-channel account plays, and defining metrics for ABM and paid channels. Requires hands-on operation, strong analytical mindset, experience with ABM platforms, and collaboration with SDRs and sales. Preference for familiarity with Salesforce, Marketo, and experience marketing to K-12, Higher Ed, or government buyers. Onsite onboarding in Columbus, OH during first week; remote-first with option to work from home. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5–7 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, with at least 3+ years running ABM, paid digital, or both end-to-end.
