Job Summary
Senior ABM Manager to own end-to-end ABM strategy for priority segments and top accounts, spanning 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many plays to drive high-quality pipeline and revenue. Collaborates with Product Marketing to develop vertical positioning and translate it into campaign strategy; defines account segmentation and tiering; identifies new vertical opportunities. Leads multi-channel ABM execution across paid social, display, content syndication, and other channels; creates content and campaigns tailored to verticals, buyer personas, and account tiers from awareness to pipeline acceleration. Partners with Marketing, Sales, and Revenue to align on ABM priorities; serves as the marketing point of contact for priority accounts; builds and executes account-level plays to accelerate deals. Builds and maintains reporting to measure ABM impact, leveraging intent data to optimize targeting, messaging, and channel mix. Located in Canada with hybrid-flexible work options (Toronto or Waterloo offices) and remote work available, with overall Canada remote option.
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of B2B marketing experience with direct ownership of account-based marketing or account-centric demand programs
- Proven track record of ABM programs that influenced pipeline and revenue outcomes
- Experience partnering with Product Marketing to shape positioning and bring vertical strategies to market
- Proficiency in data reporting and visualization with ability to translate performance data into clear insights
- Experience with 6sense, Demandbase, or other intent and ABM platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to convey complex concepts across audiences
- Demonstrated ability to build cross-functional partnerships with Sales, Revenue, and Product teams
- Solution-oriented, proactive mindset — comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity
