Job Summary
Senior 4PL Customer Service Agent at Maersk responsible for supporting the 4PL CS Manager and leading CS teams to deliver key customer service drivers: easy to do business with, timely delivery of documents, proactive notifications, exception management, efficient claims handling, and alignment with client SLAs. Includes stakeholder coordination for end-to-end shipment processes, issue resolution, handling customer inquiries, ensuring data integrity in systems, cross-sell/upsell and customer retention, onboarding new customers into CS/COE with SOPs/IOPs, and developing talent through coaching and performance management. Collaboration with procurement, operations, products, and commercial teams to drive cost savings, process improvements, and regular reviews with critical customers, while maintaining strong relationships with regional management and customers.
