Job Summary
Senior 3PL Site Manager responsible for overseeing the on-site Nordstrom-operated 3PL warehouse at the Phoenix Sort Center in Arizona. The role acts as the on-site Nordstrom representative and primary POC for the 3PL, ensuring KPI targets, SLAs, inventory flow, and OS&D/shrink metrics are met. Leads program management, reporting, and analytics to drive throughput, cost control, and continuous improvement, partnering with the 3PL to deliver operational excellence. Responsibilities include managing 3PL relationships with Nordstrom and Nordstrom Rack stores, owning financial outcomes (monthly invoicing and reconciliation), developing and publishing KPI reports for senior leaders, and coordinating cross-functional efforts across DC Operations, Transportation, Inventory, Stores, Asset Protection, and Finance. Requires a strategic, data-driven leader with strong communication and leadership skills, capable of autonomous work and implementing standardized processes across the Nordstrom Supply Chain Operations network.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field
- Proven experience in project management and leading cross-functional teams
- Strong understanding of 3PL operations and relationship management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Proficiency in supply chain management software including TMS, WMS and YMS, and Microsoft Office Suite
