Job Summary
Build and develop high-quality 3D models of luxury spaces using SketchUp and AutoCAD, translating conceptual sketches and CAD drawings into presentation-ready visualizations. Develop interior layouts, space planning, and material palettes while maintaining design intent and luxury aesthetics. Confer with the Design Head and teams on space optimization, budget constraints, and room function to ensure project goals are met. Assist in preparing client proposals and support junior team members as needed. Work on multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines and manage company resources effectively.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture or related course
- Proven 8+ years of experience working as a 3D Modeler, Spatial Visualizer, or Interior Designer with a focus on luxury residential or commercial spaces
- Advance Proficiency in Sketchup and AutoCAD Software
- In-depth knowledge of furniture systems, materials, finishes, and lighting design
- Strong knowledge of 3D modeling, rendering workflows, and architectural visualization techniques
- Demonstrated understanding of basic space planning, interior detailing, ergonomics, and luxury design principles
- Ability to produce presentation-quality renderings and client-ready visuals
- Ability to develop, communicate, and present design concepts effectively
- Ability to interpret architectural drawings, construction drawings, and shop drawings accurately
- Ability to work in a team environment with good collaboration skills
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Strong multitasking abilities, with a high attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience delivering projects within the GCC is preferred
