Job Summary
Lead SENDCO at Kids Planet Morrill to drive inclusive SEND provision, collaborating with families, staff and external agencies to design and implement tailored support plans, promoting an inclusive environment where every child feels valued and supported; responsibilities include leading SEND teams, coordinating multi-agency partnerships, overseeing safeguarding and EYFS compliance, and ensuring high-quality support for children with SEND. Requires Level 3 UK early years qualification, senior-level experience, strong safeguarding and multi-agency collaboration skills, and knowledge of Ofsted/EYFS guidelines.
