Job Summary
Lead children with special educational needs and disabilities to engage fully in learning and reach their potential. Collaborate with families, staff, and external agencies to design and implement tailored support plans that meet each child's needs. Promote an inclusive, nurturing environment where all children feel valued, supported, and able to thrive. This role requires a Level 3 qualified professional with extensive knowledge of safeguarding, Ofsted requirements, and EYFS. You will demonstrate multi-agency working and lead staff meetings. Required Qualifications
- Must be at least Level 3 qualified in a UK recognised early years qualification
- Experience of working at a senior level
- Have a detailed understanding of the requirements set by Ofsted
- Excellent understanding of EYFS
- Extensive knowledge of safeguarding children
- Experience of working with children with SEND requirements
- Experience of working in partnership with parents and outside agencies
- Ability to demonstrate multi agency working
- Experience of leading staff meetings
- An enhanced DBS check
- A Disclosure and Barring Service Certificate
