Job Summary
Provide quality care and education to foster children's all-round development within a welcoming, inclusive school environment. Support pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities alongside experienced teachers while maintaining confidentiality and demonstrating professionalism. Build positive working relationships with parents and carers to ensure every child is heard and supported. Share responsibility for identifying personal professional development needs and undertake training aligned with the School Development Plan. Complete an enhanced DBS disclosure as required by safeguarding commitments. Must be a Lewisham borough resident to participate in this ring-fenced apprenticeship.

- Must be a Lewisham borough resident

- Must be able to cope well under pressure
- Must maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism

- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Must provide a welcoming and supportive atmosphere to parents, carers and families
- Must promote the ethos of Kender Primary School
- Must share responsibility for identifying personal professional development needs and to undertake appropriate training according to the priorities of Kender Primary School as identified in the School Development Plan
