Job Summary
Plan and deliver person-centred, goal-oriented learning sessions for groups of 6–12 young adults with SEND across Community venues in Guildford and Woking. Provide a high level of service to participants, colleagues, and stakeholders while ensuring a safe, caring, and well-led environment compliant with safeguarding and regulatory requirements. Maintain fitness and stamina to support the physical nature of the programme. This role is part of the Building Futures Programme, designed to support community-based learning for young adults.
Required Qualifications
- An understanding of learning disabilities
- Strong communication and group facilitation skills
- Experience delivering person centred activities (e.g. education, youth work, events, or support roles)
- A good level of fitness and stamina
- Proactive, team-focused, and committed to continuous improvement
- Applicants must be aged 18 and above
- The right to work in the UK
- Willing to provide suitable reference
- Undertake a DBS check
