Job Summary
Assist children with special educational needs and disabilities to engage fully in learning and reach their potential. Work closely with families, staff, and external agencies to create tailored support plans that meet each child's needs while promoting an inclusive, nurturing environment. Ensure all children feel valued, supported, and able to thrive under your guidance. This role requires a Level 2 UK early years qualification, extensive knowledge of safeguarding, and experience working with SEND requirements. Candidates must hold an enhanced DBS check and complete regular safeguarding training. The position offers a competitive hourly rate of £13.14, permanent employment, and access to accredited training through the KP Academy. Required Qualifications
- Must be at least Level 2 qualified in a UK recognised early years qualification
- Excellent understanding of EYFS
- Extensive knowledge of safeguarding children
- Experience of working with children with SEND requirements
- An enhanced DBS check
