SEN Teaching Assistant

SEN Teaching Assistant to support delivery of engaging teaching in a large primary school. Responsibilities include assisting in classroom delivery on a one-to-one basis and in small groups, helping develop resources, schemes of work and teaching strategies to ensure provisions meet individual learning needs, and supporting the teacher to raise achievement while fostering an inclusive learning environment. Opportunities for induction, CPD, and progression through TKAT SCITT are offered. Flexible interview scheduling and safeguarding commitments are in place.
