Providing 1:1 or 2:1 support to children and young people in their homes or suitable public settings; delivering personalised, creative sessions reflecting each learner’s needs; monitoring and reporting on progress with clear targets; conducting risk assessments and safeguarding; flexible bank staff contract during term-time with sessions typically 3 to 5 hours during the school day; 2+ days availability; safeguarding knowledge; Makaton/PECS experience is advantageous; salary £25–£35 per hour; Coventry, Warwickshire, onsite.
