Job Summary
Semiconductor Manufacturing Value Stream Manager responsible for developing and executing supply chain improvement programs, launching new products, and implementing strategic operational plans across R&D, business, and enterprise supply chain to support semiconductor products. Leads global manufacturing teams, collaborates with plants, laboratories, and business teams to improve cost, quality, and service, manages capital expenditures to drive growth and long-term sustainability, and ensures timely completion of product change projects while maintaining minimal disruption to service and quality.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in an engineering discipline
- Twelve (12) years of experience in a manufacturing or value stream role
- Five (5) years of experience in a supervisory role
