The role involves hands-on engineering for SEM/EDS analysis and sample preparation, supporting troubleshooting protocols of Micross AIT processes. Candidates are expected to effectively communicate results in a collaborative, data-driven environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent laboratory, analytical, and communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and report generation.
Required Qualifications
- US citizenship or permanent resident alien status is required.
- A., B.S., M.S., or PhD in physical science or engineering with thin film/material characterization experience using scanning electron microscopes.
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of wafer processes and basic device processing.
- Overall experience with metrology measurements, data recording, and data presentation.
