Job Summary
Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to align talent acquisition strategies with workforce planning. Build and maintain talent pipelines through strategic partnerships with trade schools and proactive sourcing initiatives. Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including intake meetings, sourcing, candidate assessment, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding. Develop creative sourcing strategies to engage active and passive candidates via networking, referrals, and direct outreach. Coordinate interview processes while maintaining accurate candidate records within the ATS. Analyze recruiting processes to implement continuous improvements and represent the employer brand through career fairs and community engagement. Support recruiting efforts across multiple locations and remote teams throughout the US.
Required Qualifications
- Full-cycle recruiting experience with a focus on technical trades recruiting
- Proven success recruiting for a broad range of positions, including skilled trades, maintenance, engineering, construction, industrial, and professional-level roles
- Demonstrated expertise in sourcing, headhunting, talent mapping, and engaging passive candidates in competitive labor markets
- Experience developing partnerships with technical schools, trade programs, workforce development organizations, and community talent sources
- Experience supporting both local and remote hiring managers across multiple geographic regions and time zones within the US
- Strong organizational, project management, and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail and proficiency maintaining accurate recruiting documentation and records
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and build credibility at all levels of the organization
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently while managing competing priorities
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship (e.g., H-1B, O-1, etc)
Desired Qualifications
- Experience recruiting within engineering, manufacturing, semiconductor, or industrial environments
- Familiarity with the Davis-Bacon Act (DBA) and experience supporting recruitment efforts for projects requiring prevailing wage compliance
