Job Summary
Semiconductor Process Engineer at Micron in Boise, ID. Responsible for monitoring health of assigned processes, identifying bottlenecks, collaborating with shift teams and engineers to resolve tool process issues and maximize output, developing performance goals, communicating with MDE shift and Shift Ops leaders, participating in DAM/SPC/TPM/Transfer meetings, writing and modifying recipes for efficient tool processing, analyzing data to drive critical decisions and cost-reduction, coordinating with Process Development Engineering/Process Integration and Shift Ops on issues and changes, ensuring process holds are minimized, maintaining process consistency, planning for capacity and product mix, and leading projects with cross-functional teams. Requires at least a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (or related field) and 3 years of related experience; requires experience with MS Office, SPC, GeRM, Yield3, Klarity, Exceed K2view, and related manufacturing tools; travel of at least 10% internationally for short-term training. Required Qualifications
