Semiconductor Manufacturing Engineer (Segment Lead) (Contract)

Job Summary
Own execution activities for assigned product segments and customers by driving alignment between demand, factory capacity, material readiness, and manufacturing execution. Identify delivery risks and lead recovery plans to closure while supporting delivery performance improvement initiatives. Monitor material readiness, shortages, and inventory health to coordinate with suppliers and contract manufacturers for resolution. Support factory output, capacity planning, and operational execution through performance analysis and process discipline. Develop business reports, metrics, and execution dashboards to enable organizational readiness for future growth. Participate in process improvement, automation readiness, and standardized business process development. This contract role supports Intel's tester ecosystem in Malaysia, Kulim, focusing on scaling operations and business transformation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, supply chain, factory operations, planning, materials management, or business operations
- Experience working in a high volume manufacturing environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience using SAP or equivalent business systems
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools
- Shift 1 (Malaysia)
- Primary Location: Malaysia, Kulim
