Semiconductor Maintenance Technician – Etch/Metals

Job Summary
Semiconductor maintenance technician responsible for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance of etch/metals toolsets (e.g., Centura family, DPS, LAM 4420/4520i, ULVAC Enviro II, Optima Gasonics 3500 & PEP 3510, Axcelis/Fusion Gemini DUV Photostabilizers, Endura 5500/Centura 5200). Tasks include troubleshooting and repair of electrical/electronic, pneumatic, vacuum, and mechanical systems; performing scheduled maintenance and consumable changes; completing documentation and training others; interfacing with internal and external groups to meet safety, performance, and reliability requirements. The role requires the ability to stand for up to 12 hours and lift up to 50 pounds, with potential compressed day or night shifts. Education preferred at AA/AS/AAS level in electronics or related discipline; relevant experience with metals or etch equipment considered.
Required Qualifications
- AA, AS, AAS in electronics or related discipline preferred
- Specific knowledge of semiconductor maintenance job functions required
- Metals or Etch equipment maintenance experience preferred
- Education along with experience or military training may satisfy formal education requirements
- Stand for long periods of time (up to 12 hours) and lift/carry objects up to 50 pounds
- Experience with SPC, 5S, and FDC systems is desirable
- Ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal form
- Ability to interface with internal and external groups to ensure safety, performance, and reliability
