Job Summary
Semiconductor Equipment Engineer on 1st shift (6:30 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday–Thursday with every other Friday off) in onsite roles at Andover and Plymouth, MA. Responsible for uptime and maintenance of subsystems supporting fab equipment in a cleanroom, diagnosing equipment issues, triage and repair based on priority, and supporting the Emergency Response Team. Role includes hands-on work with pumps, bulk fill systems, thermal/hydraulic units, power supplies, and gas systems; requires experience with electrical and electro-mechanical systems, and knowledge in SEMI 10 standards, SPC controls, and documentation of work. Potential for expansion to support a broader range of equipment; proficiency with MS Office; ability to read schematics and equipment manuals; and ability to work in a dynamic production environment. This is an onsite position with a salary range of $86,800 to $165,200, and benefits pursuant to RTX policies.
Required Qualifications

- Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience with minimum 5 years of relevant experience or an advanced degree with minimum 3 years of experience.
- Experience maintaining, troubleshooting and/or repairing manufacturing equipment.
