Semiconductor Assembler

Operate production equipment set up and run machines according to work instructions while monitoring performance and performing basic troubleshooting. Meet daily production output and efficiency targets by following schedules, minimizing downtime, and managing material handling with strict traceability. Conduct visual and dimensional inspections to ensure products meet specifications, segregate defective items, and maintain accurate documentation of output, defects, and machine abnormalities. Adhere to all safety regulations, PPE requirements, and 5S housekeeping standards. Participate in Kaizen and Lean Manufacturing activities to suggest productivity improvements and support problem-solving.
