Job Summary
Operate production machines and equipment according to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and follow work instructions, control plans, and visual aids accurately. Conduct in-process inspections to ensure products meet quality standards, record production data and defects clearly, and escalate equipment or safety issues to supervisors. Maintain good housekeeping, comply with 5S standards, and adhere strictly to safety, ESD, and environmental regulations while supporting line balancing and changeovers. Work collaboratively with technicians and engineers to achieve production goals. Requires minimum secondary school education, ability to follow instructions, and willingness to work shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum secondary school education (SPM or equivalent)
- Ability to follow written and visual instructions accurately
- Basic understanding of quality concepts and safety practices
- Willingness to work on shifts (if required)
- Good teamwork, discipline, and attitude
- Physically fit for standing and repetitive tasks
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is an advantage
