Job Summary
Maintain and repair Wafer Process systems including Ultratech Stepper, Suss Mask Aligner, TEL Mk/Act8 Track, and Semitool Wet Etch. Perform set-up and conversion to support production while developing innovative solutions to complex problems. Act independently to determine methods and procedures, providing guidance to less experienced team members. Communicate with engineers, peers, and external vendors to resolve issues and deliver advanced training. Identify problems and areas for yield and quality improvements to enhance productivity and reduce manufacturing costs. Work 12-hour rotating shifts in a semiconductor manufacturing environment.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering or its equivalent
- Certificate of Electrical/ Electronics/ Mechanical/ Mechatronics Engineering or its equivalent with minimum of 3 years experience in photolithography equipment support
- Knowledge of practical applications of concepts, procedures and guidelines to solve complex problems
- Knowledge in electronics and mechanical principles and thorough understanding of process technology
- Able to work 12 hour rotating shifts
Desired Qualifications
- 2 years experience in mass production semiconductor manufacturing environment
