Job Summary
Perform routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on trailers and related equipment. Inspect, diagnose, and fix mechanical issues per manufacturer specifications; conduct routine maintenance; perform trailer body work and undercarriage repairs (air bag replacement, cross-members, dolly legs, tandem systems); develop and document action plans; maintain a clean, safe workspace; follow health and safety regulations; collaborate with coworkers and support team goals while able to work independently when needed; essential tools, PPE, and safety compliance required. Strong mechanical aptitude, basic math, and ability to read/write English for documentation and communication; experience 1-2 years preferred; ASE certifications highly desired but not required.

- Experience: 1-2 years of mechanical or equivalent experience
- Must pass pre-employment knowledge/skill test
- Background check (10-year)
- Drug/medical physical exam
- Proven mechanical aptitude and basic math skills
- Ability to read and write in English for documentation and communication
- Must have own tools and safety gear (safety glasses, steel-toed shoes, hearing protection)
