Support slate, tile, cedar shake, and steep-slope copper roofing crews on historic restoration projects throughout the Midwest. Perform tear-offs, material staging, and prep work, with increasing hands-on installation responsibility as skills develop. Set up and maintain fall protection, scaffolding, and ladders per OSHA and company safety standards. Travel to regional project sites for overnight assignments. Earn $20–$25/hr with health, dental, and vision insurance after 90 days. Year-round steady work includes travel per diem for overnight projects.
