Perform tear-offs, material staging, and prep work, with increasing hands-on installation responsibility as skills develop. Set up and maintain fall protection, scaffolding, and ladders per OSHA and company safety standards. Travel to regional project sites for work that is not limited to a single city. Learn specific methods, materials, and judgment that define historic restoration. Earn $20–$25/hr based on experience and trade skills, with health, dental, and vision insurance after 90 days. Enjoy year-round, steady work with no seasonal layoffs and travel per diem for overnight assignments.
