Job Summary
Semi Senior Motion Designer responsible for architecting global campaign outputs with localized, scalable After Effects templates. You will design and bulletproof complex templates, enable end-to-end localization across languages and cultural formats, and drive workflow automation by connecting data feeds (Sheets/CSV) to templates for high-volume renders. You will maintain rigorous asset organization and QA to ensure exports meet strict brand specifications, while shaping foundational hero motion assets for scalable automated systems. Strong emphasis on structure, clean hierarchies, naming conventions, and the use of After Effects Expressions and scripting; proficient with Google Workspace and AI tools to optimize production. Advanced, conversational English is essential.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in an agency or fast-paced in-house creative team
- A portfolio demonstrating high-end motion work
- Proven track record of managing "Creative at Scale" (localizing content for multiple regions or AB testing)
- Advanced and conversational English
- Experience with After Effects Expressions and scripting
- Familiarity with Google Workspace and AI tools (Gemini)
- Ability to design and build complex templates and localization workflows
