Job Summary
Develop SD, DD, and CD sets including floor plans, sections, and elevations using Revit to produce accurate interior models and detailed documentation. Pick up and implement redlines throughout the project lifecycle while preparing permit sets for local authorities and Construction Document sets for the General Contractor. Collaborate closely with design and technical teams to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality, maintaining high documentation standards and attention to detail. This full-time, fully remote role requires availability during Central Time and supports a growing interior-focused firm with over 130 active clients across the United States.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture
- Proven experience working on interior architecture / interior design projects
- Solid experience participating throughout the full project process, especially the CD phase
- Advanced proficiency in Revit
- Strong technical skills and high attention to detail
- Ability to follow client-specific documentation standards
- Clear, proactive, and consistent communication
- Advanced English level
- Availability to work during Central Time (CT)
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience working on projects in Texas (super plus)
- Experience using Enscape
