Job Summary
Operate vehicles to transport equipment for the dealership, including pickups from John Deere factories, while instructing customers on basic operating procedures. Ensure safe and timely delivery of equipment to various locations and maintain accurate records of deliveries and vehicle maintenance. Start and end your day at home, adhering to all traffic laws, DOT, OSHA, and company safety policies. Requires a valid CDL-A, one year of experience with gooseneck or utility trailers, and a clean driving record.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL- A)
- 1+ year of experience pulling a gooseneck, tilt, or utility trailer
- Clean driving record
- Ability to operate and maneuver large vehicles safely, including large oversized agricultural machines
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience as a semi-truck operator
- Experience with mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
