Job Summary
SEM Specialist will plan, build, and optimize search engine marketing campaigns to engage members and drive go-to-market performance. Responsibilities include driving keyword research and strategy across paid and organic channels, managing budgets and bids (manual and AI-assisted tools like Adobe Advertising and Google AdWords), coordinating with internal partners/agencies, preparing performance updates for business-line leaders, trafficking SEM marketing work, and analyzing campaign results to recommend spend and conversion optimizations. Requires strong proficiency with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Microsoft Advertising, and familiarity with SA360/DCM/Floodlight, plus a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field (or equivalent experience); 3+ years of SEM management experience; Google AdWords and Microsoft Ads certifications; ability to commute to Garden City, NY; hybrid work arrangement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field or 6-8 years of additional relevant experience in lieu of degree
- 3+ years Holistic SEM management (agency or client)
- 1+ years Experience in Adobe Advertising preferred
- Google Ad Words Certification Required
- Microsoft Ads Certification Required
