Job Summary
Achieve daily sales goals and ROI targets across assigned Sephora/Ulta stores while establishing strong relationships with store leadership and beauty advisors. Assist with in-store events to drive increased returns and average sales, ensuring all wallbays, counters, and displays meet Fresh merchandising standards. Maintain a regular call cycle to manage travel and submit weekly hours, communicating daily updates on sales, out-of-stock issues, and merchandising challenges to the executive. Weekend availability from Thursday through Sunday is required alongside flexible scheduling to meet job objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Beauty industry experience
- Weekend availability (Thurs-Sun)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proactive approach to approaching potential clients and promoting the Fresh brand
- Own means of transportation to be able to travel within the given territory
- Flexible hours to meet job objectives
- Availability: Wednesday- Sunday
