Job Summary
Achieve daily sales goals and ROI targets in assigned Montreal Sephora and Ulta stores. Assist the Sales Executive with in-store events to boost revenue and average sales per transaction. Establish strong relationships with store leadership, department managers, and beauty advisors while ensuring all wallbays, counters, and displays meet Fresh merchandising standards. Maintain a regular call cycle, manage travel within the territory, and submit weekly hours after shifts. Communicate daily sales figures, out-of-stock issues, and merchandising challenges to the executive promptly. Submit hours weekly after shifts are completed. Weekend availability from Thursday to Sunday is required, with a focus on Ste Catherine, Ste Catherine West, Laval Point Claire, Dix 30, and St Bruno locations.
Required Qualifications
- Beauty industry experience
- Weekend availability (Thurs-Sun)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proactive approach to approaching potential clients and promoting the Fresh brand
- Own means of transportation to be able to travel within the given territory
- Flexible hours to meet job objectives
- Ability to achieve daily sales goals (Sales per hour [SPH] and ROI)
- Ability to assist in execution of in-store events
- Ability to establish and develop strong sales relationships at store level with Sephora/Ulta BA's, Store Leadership, DM's, and employees
- Ability to ensure Fresh wallbays, counters, endcaps, towers, etc. are visually impeccable and in accordance with Fresh merchandising standards
- Ability to maintain regular call cycle to stores and effectively manage schedule and travel
- Ability to submit hours weekly after shifts are completed
- Ability to communicate daily sales, OOS issues and merchandising challenges with executive in a timely manner
- Ability to provide service and support for any needs when in store
