Job Summary
Achieve daily sales goals and ROI targets in assigned Sephora/Ulta stores across Calgary, Chinook, Market Mall, and Cross Iron Mills. Assist the Sales and Education Executive with in-store events to boost average sales and support strong partnerships with store leadership and beauty advisors. Maintain impeccable visual standards for wallbays, counters, and endcaps while managing travel schedules and call cycles. Submit weekly hours and communicate daily sales, out-of-stock issues, and merchandising challenges to the executive. Weekend availability from Thursday through Sunday is required, along with own transportation and proactive client outreach.
Required Qualifications
- Beauty industry experience
- Weekend availability (Thurs-Sun)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proactive approach to approaching potential clients and promoting the Fresh brand
- Own means of transportation to be able to travel within the given territory
- Flexible hours to meet job objectives
