Job Summary
Develop individual and sales team revenue and market share while leading, motivating, and counseling the sales team to meet budgeted projections for gross profit, unit placement, expenses, and equipment contributions. Ensure reports support strategic account planning and develop strong client relationships to ensure high levels of client care. Participate in fiscal year business planning, measure cross-business line sales success, and identify problem areas to advise executive management on potential solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 4+ years of sales and leadership experience
- Leadership skills, including planning, goal setting, resource allocation, negotiation, team management techniques, and group problem solving
- Proven success in selling digital office equipment and software solutions, including multi-functional products that copy, print, fax and scan
