Job Summary
Lead the success of the Terrata Homes community by actively selling homes and guiding homebuyers through the purchase process. Recruit, select, train, and inspire a team of New Home Sales Consultants to meet and exceed annual sales goals. Provide ongoing training and development, set monthly targets, and lead weekly group training sessions. This role requires a proven track record of high sales performance and weekend work.
