Job Summary
Manage all departments in the showroom and assist the Sales Manager with administrative duties, including preparing performance evaluations and administering hiring and training. Review sales metrics such as margins, volume, and quotas to suggest future goals while providing exceptional leadership to the sales, guest experience, and visual teams. Coach staff to build individual and team success, ensure complete documentation of procedures, and complete various report functions in a timely manner. Handle escalated customer-related issues and attend monthly staff meetings. Requires 2+ years in retail, 4+ years supervising, and flexible hours with travel as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- 2 + years working in the retail industry
- 4 + years supervising in a retail industry
- Previous supervisory experience
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft office
- Ability to learn in-house computer programs
- Ability to handle guest concerns in a timely manner
- Ability to interview and staff retail location
- Ability to work flexible hours and travel as needed
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge and experience in team building skills
