Job Summary
Drive personal, department, and storewide results by building genuine team and customer relationships and creating memorable shopping experiences. Greet, engage, and assist customers warmly while processing transactions accurately and resolving inquiries with professionalism. Support the team in executing customer outreach, clienteling, and event initiatives, and lead store fulfillment and asset protection efforts. Enhance selling behaviors through daily goal communication, onboarding, and teaching opportunities, while maintaining visually appealing merchandise presentations and brand standards. Maintain current company policy knowledge and ensure team members understand their role in achieving store objectives. Available to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays, with physical ability to move around all store areas and lift up to 40 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of retail experience
