Job Summary
Selling Lead drives store results through building genuine team and customer relationships, connecting customers with product, and creating memorable experiences. Supports the team in driving sales and store key metric performance, providing excellent customer service, executing successful events, and maintaining merchandise presentations. Leads by example to enhance selling behaviors, onboarding, and associate learning; collaborates with store operations to ensure service excellence and achieve store objectives. Demonstrates ownership and accountability in achieving store and personal metrics; uses data and guidance to support timely decisions; proficient with technology and omni-channel tools to communicate product features and benefits. Manages transactions, customer inquiries, and store recovery, while maintaining visual merchandising standards and ensuring safety and asset protection. Requires 1+ years retail experience, ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays, and physical ability to move and lift up to 40 lbs.
